We are getting really excited now – Church Together 2015 is almost here! This Sunday May 17th, 4.30pm featuring special guest Mark Conner and Kids Together 2015 featuring Barry Newton (Aka Squirt the Clown) Church Together Tasmania has continued to grow, becoming a key vehicle for drawing The Church of Southern Tasmania together to showcase its influence within our community. Our church has and remains integral to hosting Church Together and Kids Together. NOW it is high time to awake out of sleep; for NOW our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. Romans 13:11(NKJV) Church let me encourage you – God is not a secret to be kept! His gift of salvation needs to be accepted by so many and the Good News of hope, grace and forgiveness needs to be known by all. Church Together gives us a fantastic relevant way of expressing our faith and presenting the Gospel – so let’s be courageous and compelling as we invite our family and friends to share in this land mark event. Go on – why not get on the phone right now and start inviting those that are on your heart to invite. Let’s be bringers and live out a spacious life. Youth United Pre Rally Rave: Kicking off at 2.30pm before the main event; with live DJ, Zorb Ball madness, hot food and special guest musician Barry Conrad performing so make sure you get there early and be part of the action! Kids Together: The Kids Together team have a jam packed program planned for the children. Kids can still be registered and checked in on the day from 3:30pm so arrive early to get your kids settled. Prayer: Join us as we pray for Church Together in the following areas:
- Financial provision towards our event, as we desire to reach budget and be able to bless a worthy community organisation through the offering taken on the night.
- People to find new relationship and hope in Jesus.
- Good health for all teams and leaders as they prepare.
We are so proud of everyone who has contributed and those who will be volunteering over the weekend. We are in this together and we are believing for a great sense of unity among The Church of Southern Tasmania and for many people to find relationship with Jesus. Looking forward to seeing you this Sunday morning at our Hobart 10am service and then again for an incredible Church Together event in the afternoon. Blessings Ps Dave
