At Heart and Soul This Monday, 7:30pm at our Hobart Campus, we ask a real question: “Who Cares?”

Care is not something we just feel or even do from time to time. It is a core value and is entwined in our culture at Energizer.

Our Values state:
We value all people, everywhere, for everyone has a story. We warmly welcome and accept others regardless of age, background or culture. We value all people as created in the image of God. We see the potential in every person to be restored, made whole, developed in their area of gifting and live out their God-given purpose.

In summary; We care about People.

Culture is stronger than rules, legislation and ideals that might be imposed on us.
Culture could be: the total of the inherited ideas, beliefs, values, and knowledge, which constitute the shared bases of social action.

As a church our culture carries our values to a place of action and decision. We can have great vision and ideals, but it will be the culture we have as a church, that will subconsciously effect and determine how we are perceived, how accepted people feel, and whether we live in an environment where our ideals and values are actually felt and enacted.

Heart and Soul is a place where we get to work on and build a strong culture; a culture that will truly carry Jesus to our community, a culture where people encounter Jesus in a real, welcoming and life changing way.
